World Environment Day Prog (5th June) at Mumbai, Borivali (West) Centre :

It was an immense honour welcoming Hon. Member of Parliament Shri Gopal Shetty ji on World Environment Day (June 5th) at Shantidham Hall, Borivali West .

At the outset, Sister Bindu, Centre-in-charge of BK Borivali (West) Centre, mentioned how the environment and Mother Earth have served us selflessly for thousands of years. Since industrialization began over 150 years ago, man has significantly damaged the Mother Earth and the environment by polluting air, water ground resources. Now it is the duty of us, children of the Earth, to look after the Mother (Earth). We need to change our habits and contribute towards better environment in all possible ways.

She suggested to practice 5 R’s in our day-to-day life to improve the environment, namely Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rethink and Refuse. In particular, she mentioned that practising meditation radiates powerful vibrations of purity & peace to the nature all around, helping replenish & heal it.

After being felicitated & honored by the BK sisters for winning the recent Lok Sabha elections from Mumbai North Constituency with a thumping majority, Shri Gopal Shetty ji expressed how essential it is to take care of outer as well as inner environment. He further added that the society should shoulder the responsibility with the government to establish a peaceful and better world.

ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ बोरीवली वेस्ट, मुंबई ने रविवार, 23 जुलाई 2023 को, बी के डॉक्टर अशोक मेहता जी के साथ एक टॉक शो का आयोजन किया जिसमें उनकी लौकिक पुत्री सोनल बहन और उनके युगल चेतन भाई भी उपस्थित थे।

बी के डॉक्टर अशोक न केवल भारत में, बल्कि पूरे विश्व में अपनी मेडिकल सेवाओं के लिए प्रसिद्ध हैं। वे अपने जीवन काल में कई अस्पताल के निर्माण एवं संचालन के निमित्त बने जिस्म माउंट आबू स्थित ग्लोबल हॉस्पिटल एंड रिसर्च सेंटर भी शामिल है। उनकी कुशलता एवं असामान्य सेवाओं के लिए भारत सरकार ने उन्हें Dr. B. C. Roy अवार्ड (1996) से सम्मानित किया है। इसी के साथ, 1988 में, वे स्वयं परमात्मा के रथ, दादी गुलजार जी के ट्रीटमेंट के निमित्त बने।

उन्होंने ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा कि उन्हें ब्राह्मण परिवार से, चाहे देश या विदेश में, सबसे बहुत प्यार भरी पालना मिली जिसके कारण उनका पूरा परिवार ही ज्ञान में चल पड़ा।
बी के श्रेया बहन के अनुरोध पर डाक्टर अशोक ने, यज्ञ के बड़ों के साथ के अपने अनोखे अनुभव शेयर कर, सभी के दिलों में दादियों की प्यारी यादें ताज़ा की। इसी प्रकार उन्होंने कहा कि हमें परचिंतन, परदर्शन न करते हुए ज्ञान, योग द्वारा स्वयं की उन्नति पर ध्यान देना चाहिए।

सेंटर प्रभारी बी के बिंदु बहन ने डॉक्टर के संपूर्ण परिवार की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा कि भगवान ने उनमें सच्चाई और निर्मानता की विशेषताएँ देखीं और उन्हें अपने कार्य के लिए चुना। साथ ही उन्होंने, अव्यक्त बापदादा द्वारा, डॉक्टर और उनके परिवार के लिए, उच्चारे गए महावाक्यों का संकलन, एक पुस्तक के रूप में उपहार में दिया। इस, अद्भुत अनुभवों की रिमझिम वर्षा का आनंद लगभग 350 बीके भाई बहनों ने लिया।

The Keynote speaker Sister Shreya also expressed her views on the topic ‘Say no to Overthinking’
